Stephen Snelders (menkyo mokuroku) started training Katori Shinto Ryu with Erik Louw and studied with Yoshio Sugino and Goro Hatakeyama, according to whose principles he is now teaching his students. Stephen is also 2nd dan Aikido and has fenced with maitre Ger Visser. In 2005 he founded the Katsujinken dojo.
